Upon arrival, the room we booked wasn't completely ready, but once settled in, we found the accommodations to be very comfortably outfitted with contemporary, high-end furnishings and bath fixtures, especially in the junior suite. The service was extra friendly and accommodating, addressing any issues promptly. The location provided a great urban feel and a view of the Arch, making it a perfect place to base yourself for exploring the city. While the dining experience was excellent, there could be more variety offered. Overall, a great stay with some room for improvement.

However, exploring the area could have been easier with a few improvements needed. The hotel's location directly across the street from Missouri's biggest casino and the ability to walk to the arch were definite highlights, but the dining experience left a bit to be desired.
