Four Seasons St. Louis Hotel, Saint Louis

Upon arrival, the room we booked wasn't completely ready, but once settled in, we found the accommodations to be very comfortably outfitted with contemporary, high-end furnishings and bath fixtures, especially in the junior suite. The service was extra friendly and accommodating, addressing any issues promptly. The location provided a great urban feel and a view of the Arch, making it a perfect place to base yourself for exploring the city. While the dining experience was excellent, there could be more variety offered. Overall, a great stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable, but we were disappointed that our room was not ready for our use. We expected better service from the staff, although the location was fantastic with views of the Arch and riverfront activities. The dining experience was a mix of not well-prepared meals and excellent options during our stay.

The location was convenient, with easy access to the downtown casino and the bustling entertainment district. The dining experience at the Cinder House was excellent, and the pool area offered a quiet city view. However, the surroundings were not the most explorer-friendly, and being directly across from a casino was not ideal.
